7 Powerful Ways to Deal With Difficult Customers

Plain and simple? These work...very well.
Difficult customers are an inevitability, no matter how dedicated to customer satisfaction a business may be. Whether the complaint is justified or they're being downright rude, dealing with difficult customers and their demands are rarely easy and never fun. If you work in a position requiring interaction with customers, like retailfor example, it's important that you be prepared for potential complaints. Here are seven sure-fire ways in dealing with difficult customers so you're armed for the next encounter.

1. Keep your emotions in check

No one likes to be attacked or criticized by a customer, especially if their complaint is unfair. But, letting your emotions get the best of you is the last thing you should do. Being professional and polite to customers is always required, even if they don't act in the same way. Things can quickly turn very ugly if you fail to put your emotions to the side.

2. Listen

Don't interrupt a complaining customer or jump to conclusions about the nature of their problem. Wait politely until they've fully explained their issue before you tactfully respond and be attentive throughout. Giving the customer a chance to fully express themselves is a sign of respect. Besides, letting them vent can help cool the situation down.

3. Apologize with empathy

When a wrong has been committed, an empathetic apology is always the first step towards making recompense. Apologizing tells the customer that you are taking them seriously and that you truly acknowledge their complaint. Sometimes, a simple apology is all an unhappy customer really wants. Most times, that's just the start to neutralizing & resetting a conversation, and starting the steps to resolution.
Even if a customer is actually being unreasonable, issuing an apology is still almost always the best policy. Combining apology with genuine empathy is powerful -- we're all human.

4. Ask questions.

You'll probably need to ask a few questions to clarify things, especially if the customer is in an emotional state. Just be careful to word these questions so that the customer understands you are simply seeking more information, not attacking them or questioning their account. Try to use your questions to show your concern, and be sure as well to ask them what you can do to make things better (and what can reasonably be done within your control).

5. Try to fix the problem.

It falls on you to do all you can to resolve the customer's complaint as quickly as possible. For example, if the customer received a defective product from a retailer, inform them of the return process and how they can get a replacement. What's even better is to go above and beyond simply solving the problem. If possible, offer the customer a steep discount on their next order (like a one-time promo code for 10-15% off). If the issue can't be immediately rectified, do everything within your abilities and escalate if/as necessary.

6. Do better in the future.

Simple, right? Just do better. Really, though, once the matter with the customer is settled, it's time to assess. What went wrong? How is it possible to perform better going forward? What processes do we need to put in place to ensure issues like this don't arise in the future?
This occasion serves as an opportunity to learn and to improve for the future, so don't sit back if the problem was something that could have been avoided. Form a plan to prevent similar occurrences, and carry it out. If done properly, the customer's complaint may actually end up being beneficial. Bottom line, you need to be proactive, not reactive.

7. Follow-up

I have my personal GEICO claims days to thank for this one. At the time, I thought that working in a call-center was one of the most stressful professions to undertake, especially when dealing with insurance claims (you can imagine the stories). Sometimes these claims could be resolved in less than a day, others weeks, and depending on how extreme, months/years -- as a result, frustrated customers would always be the one calling in, forcing a reactive call from the customer service rep.

Whether there's a good, bad, or neutral update, always follow-up with a frustrated customer to at least give them solace that they are actually being considered and top of mind -- it goes a long way at winning them back over.
Overall, there's no realistic way for a business to completely escape difficult customers. Even the best-run businesses with the tightest processes will fall victim to these confrontations. And many times customers may complain even if nothing has actually gone wrong.
Either way, you need to be prepared to properly handle them. Through applying these tips, consider yourself well-equipped for a customer service battle you can always expect to win.

Women Entrepreneurs Rally to Help Small Businesses in Houston Get Back on Their Feet

In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, shops across the nation are taking a massive sales cut to support small businesses in Texas.
Two years ago, when nasty weather backed up her town's storm drains, Jessica Roberts nearly lost everything.
The owner and manager of Cheekys Brand, a New Plymouth, Idaho, boutique selling country-themed women's apparel, was ill-prepared for severe flooding. As a result, her brick-and-mortar shop was left damaged by the rising water. "If we didn't have support from the community, we very well could have gone out of business," says Roberts, whose business is now on track to notch $10 million in annual revenue.
So when Hurricane Harvey tore through Texas this week, destroying hundreds of businesses and driving tens of thousands of residents from their homes, Roberts felt compelled to act. "The fear for me is that a lot of the boutiques have lost everything," she tells Inc., recalling bitterly when she thought that her own business was doomed.

On Monday, the entrepreneur launched a nationwide fundraising campaign, shepherding hundreds of boutiques to donate cash, apparel, and jewelry to support mom-and-pop shops in Texas affected by the storm. Although many of the participating boutiques are Roberts's wholesale partners, she corralled others online via a social business network, the Boutique Hub. In less than 48 hours, several hundred shops have raised more than $100,000 in donations, which Roberts uses to ship boxes of inventory to affected businesses. Rather than sending a check, she says, donating product helps entrepreneurs "start rebuilding at no cost," generating revenue in the short term while they determine the extent of the flood damage.
Some companies have chosen to donate their own inventory to the cause. Christy Morris, the co-founder of a boutique in Sulphur, Oklahoma, plans to send at least 10 boxes of 250 of her signature "sugar stack" bracelets to shops in Texas, which could fetch around $5,000 worth of sales. The business also made a $500 cash donation to Roberts's effort. "I cannot imagine if one day I'm making money, and the next day, I have no way to make money," Morris explains of her decision to participate. "If they have something that's not ruined to sell, that can at least help them generate some revenue."
In addition to product donations, dozens of boutiques are diverting their own sales for the week. Cheekys is donating proceeds for its entire product line through September 2, as well as 20 percent of wholesale revenue. That includes sales of a designated Texas Hurricane Relief Tee, and Sweet Home Texas Tee, designed by partner Truth Ink Apparel. Other businesses pledging to donate their proceeds include Southern Jewlz, Tribe West Boutique, and Rodeo Quincy.

Strength in numbers

Those impacted by the flooding can attest to the power of a small donation. Meredith Jurica, a retired speech pathologist-turned-entrepreneur, last September launched Makeup Junkie, a business selling makeup bags. Over the past 10 months, the Houston-based company has generated some $1 million in sales, and it was on track to reap even more if it wasn't for Harvey. This week, Jurica lost her entire fall line, when floodwaters overcame the uninsured factory where she stored her products. "We've collectively lost over $100,000 in retail inventory," Jurica tells Inc., her voice trembling. "We have at least a dozen friends whose homes are completely underwater." Jurica, who lives with her husband and two young daughters, was largely spared from the floodwaters; her house is located on top of a hill, and the family has taken in several acquaintances in need of refuge.
Jurica acknowledges that she's better off than many in Houston, and refused donations from Roberts's team when contacted. "Over the last 10 months, we saved and saved and saved. I look at my bank account, and I can go to the store to buy paint and drywall," she explains. "There's no way I could take the money, knowing that I had the resources to replace what I've lost, and there are other store owners [who can't.]" Jurica's Makeup Junkies has further donated $1,500 in cash--both to Roberts's effort as well as local organizations serving those in even greater need.

Disproportionately affected

Indeed, the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey carries socioeconomic weight. Assome have argued, the poor are likely to be disproportionately affected. They are less likely to be insured, and would be forced to pay even more just to recover their losses. It's an inexact comparison, but in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, thousands of lower-incomeresidents evacuated New Orleans for good; a decade after the storm, recovery in the city has not been even, as four of the city's poorest neighborhoods are still largely abandoned. "There are families that couldn't evacuate, even if they wanted to," Makeup Junkie's Jurica explains of her decision to take in some flood victims. "They don't have family out of town, money for a hotel, or food. It's not that they wanted to stay and put themselves in danger."

Still, she recognizes that natural disasters are, in some sense, an equalizer: "Floodwaters are not discriminative," she adds. "It destroys $50,000 homes and million-dollar homes. [Rescue teams] are picking up poor people, and people with a million-dollar paycheck. It's the most mind-boggling thing I've ever seen in my life."
Jill Tanner, the founder and CEO of Southern Honey Boutique in Stephenville, Texas, and a donor to Roberts's cause, echoes that sentiment. Her business has generated tens of thousands of dollars worth of proceeds for flood victims, largely through sales of a single T-shirt design. "Those people did nothing wrong," Tanner tells Inc. "They're losing their homes. They're losing their businesses. It can happen to any of us, and if we don't step up and help out, who will?"

Warren Buffett Says This Is the Best Birthday Gift (That Money Can't Buy)

The Berkshire Hathaway CEO turns 87...but don't bother getting him a present.
Warren Buffett, the billionaire and Berkshire Hathaway CEO, turns 87 on Wednesday. But don't bother searching for a birthday present; this investor says luck was the best gift he ever received.
In December 2013, Buffett told a crowd of MBA students that he won the "Ovarian Lottery" when he was born. As he explained his political views and how he wants to shape the world, he acknowledged that he was welcomed into the world with certain traits that make him luckier than others (i.e. being born male and healthy):
"My sisters didn't get the same ticket. Expectations for them were that they would marry well, or if they work, would work as a nurse, teacher, etc. If you are designing the world knowing 50/50 male or female, you don't want this type of world for women -- you could get female. Design your world this way; this should be your philosophy."
Buffett understands he was born with an incredible gift, but the businessman knows how to use it responsibly. In 2010, he teamed up with Bill and Melinda Gates to create theGiving Pledge, in which the world's wealthiest people promise to give away more than half of their fortune to charitable causes. As of May, 168 billionaires have signed the pledge.

How to make money using facebook

These marketers have increased their clients' profits by as much as 800 percent. Boost your brand and create sales with Facebook marketing. Here's how.
With a 13-year track record of helping network marketing organizations and small businesses achieve unprecedented growth, Jim Lupkin decided it was time to share his strategies with the world. He turned to best-selling author, Brian Carter. Carter, trusted by brands like NBC, Microsoft, and PrideStaff, has guided businesses to 800 percent profits and higher with Facebook marketing.
After reading Lupkin's case study on a network marketing company that grew over seventy-million in sales with his approach, Carter knew it was time for the pair to co-author a book. The authors are quick to mention, however, that Network Marketing For Facebook is not valuable to only the network marketing industry. "We were not surprised to hear that sales professionals and entrepreneurs love the book too," says Carter. "These techniques will work for your business if your personal brand is part of the sales process."
Why Facebook you may ask? "Wouldn't it make sense to join the community with the most people?" says Lupkin. "Facebook has more than one billion users and is five times more popular than the next most popular social network."
Here's just a taste of what you'll find inside the cover of Network Marketing For Facebook.

1. Create an appealing Facebook profile.

When someone knows, likes and trusts you, they're more willing to hear about your business. Your profile gives you this opportunity when you use your profile picture; cover image, and "about" section properly.
Choose a professional profile picture. Use your cover image to give people a snapshot of your personality. A complete "about" section makes you more credible and rounds out your personality.

2. Post publicly on Facebook.

Your goal is to let your friends know what you do for a living and how you can help them. For example, if you're a realtor:
Hey everybody! As you may know, I love helping people find their dream home. If you know anyone that needs assistance, please message me.
If you're an insurance rep:
Hey there! As you may know, I love helping families be protected from unforeseen tragedies. If you know anyone that needs life insurance, please message me.

3. Use Facebook Messenger.

It is like email, but better. If you've previously conversed with a prospect and you're getting ready to talk to them again, you can quickly review all your previous talks in one place.
If you haven't spoken to a friend in a while, make sure to re-establish the relationship first. You don't want them to feel like you are only reaching out for business. You can say, "Hey! We haven't spoken in a while. How have you been?" Only chat about your products if they ask what you do.

4. Send messages based on past conversations and what you know about a friend.

A realtor example:
Hey Tom! I know you love houses with a view, and I seem to remember you were looking for a house. Well, check out this amazing lake view property! Do you want to come see it with me?
An insurance rep:
Hey Alicia! I know we're both family people, and it's been awesome to see yours grow up on Facebook. I was super glad to find out about this new life insurance option our company just created. It provides for families like no other policy I've seen. Do you want to hear more about it?

5. Keep the conversation going.

It's exciting to have someone respond to your messages! Thank them for the response, give them additional information: pictures, videos and details of your offering, and then let them know what is the next step.
If you don't hear back, send them a message once a week asking if they wanted to take the next step. Be patient. Not everyone checks Facebook daily.

6. Stay in touch.

It's only a matter of time until friends want your product. Stay in touch on Facebook by posting quality content and interacting with your friends' posts. Posting quality content is a balance between business and personal: Too much of either can result in failure. Be personal 80% of the time. People do business with those they have the best relationship with; so post about what's on your mind. Post about business the other 20%.
The more you interact with your friend's posts, the more your business posts appear in their newsfeed. Your friends will also see you as a true friend, not someone just trying to sell them products. When you comment on a friend's post, write from the heart. Treat it the same as when you talk face to face.

7. Grow your friends to grow your income.

With over a billion users, Facebook offers an unlimited amount of people to talk to if you take the time to build relationships.Facebook's Graph Search solves the new prospect obstacle by opening up their entire database to you. All you need to do is take the time to reach out and build relationships.

8. Create a group for support and inspiring sales teams.

Whether you're a manager motivating a team, or have a group of industry peers who want to support each other, Facebook Groups are the answer. You can move mountains when you belong to a group of passionate people working toward the same goals, supporting each other every day.
Once you start your group, post at least a few times a week. It could be a question, words of motivation, pictures, or videos. Always like and comment on what others are posting as well. Groups are like live events happening 24 hours a day. When run correctly, it will become the cornerstone of your success.

9. Remember, Facebook is part of the strategy, not the whole strategy.

Facebook connects you to new people and helps you develop relationships. However, you still need to talk with people face to face, over the phone, and at events. They also need to experience a "taste" of your offering.

Good Cholesterols

In the USA, The Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee will no longer keep on warning people against intaking high-cholesterol foods and will concentrate on sugar as the main substance of dietary concern instead. Nutritionists and scientists have done a long campaign for the U-turn which started with introducing “good cholesterols” back into the safe zone ... and SUGAR into the DANGER zone

This is not Hurricane anything

It is flood in Benue State. As usual, I blame the Benue state government. This is the consequence of irresponsible governance: reckless urban development and lack of functional storm water channels.
The biggest problem with African leaders is that they lack foresight. The few with very little foresight work wonders.
You'll hear government officials start talking about Climate Change 🤔 -

Baby girl born without eyes in Kenya dies after mum refused to breastfeed her

A baby girl who was born with facial deformities in Kenya has died of starvation after her mother refused to breastfeed her.
The baby was born on Sunday, August 27 and did not have eyes. Her nose was on the upper side of her face.
According to the family, the mother, Ms Mariam Mwakombo 22, refused to breastfeed the newborn because she was afraid.
The innocent baby cried for hours after birth due to hunger and later died at night.
Mariam Mwakombo told Kenya’s newspaper Nation:
“She frightened me. I have never seen such a human being.
Ms Mwakombo’s husband, Hassan Kitoto, said he too could not comprehend why God gave him such a child.
“I am equally scared. I have never seen such a human being. Whatever the elders will decide let it be,” he said.
Ms Mwakombo had only attended two antenatal care clinics at a public hospital in Kilifi before giving birth prematurely to the baby at home.
The villagers and family members wanted to throw the baby in a dungeon to let the ‘gods’ take care of the child. But after she died they buried her outside her parents’ home to ward off bad omen associated with such a child.
Mwakombo and her family buried the infant after watching her starve to deathwithout seeking medical attention because of the ongoing medical strike in the country. The baby’s mother, Mwakombo said:
“Hospitals are very far and I couldn’t afford the clinic at private hospitals. I used traditional methods.
“My water broke while I was doing my chores and she just came out. She’s seven months old. I never felt any pains during her birth. But on looking at her we realised she did not have eyes. I was dumb founded.
“The best we can do is throw her in a dungeon in a forest. I did not name her. I could not breastfeed her lest the omen falls on me”.
Some doctors suspect the child was born with a condition known as anophthalmia. It is a condition in which one or both eyes do not form during pregnancy.

8,000 Jehovah’s witnesses attacked with toxic gas, 400 faint (Photos)

Jehovah’s Witness convention in Angola was attacked with toxic gas on Friday, causing over 400 people to faint.
A local news source, Portal de Angola, reported on Saturday that three young men were detained after the attack.
According to the report, some 7,000 worshippers were at a venue on the outskirts of Luanda for the weekend-long convention.
Forty-three victims were rushed to the hospital, but no deaths have been reported.
A witness, Abraham Kituxi, told Portal de Angola that his sister-in-law was one of the first to collapse. She told him that she had smelled something foul before passing out.
Shortly thereafter, more people began collapsing, creating panic throughout the venue. Some witnesses called the police and firefighters, who assisted with evacuating the victims to Cazenga Municipal Hospital and Cajueiros Hospital.
Police arrested three suspects, and four are believed to be on the run. They could not identify the toxic substance, but noted that it was in containers of 750 thousand liters spread throughout the venue

I spent 10 years under Lagos Bridges – Vice President’s wife Dolapo Osinbajo

Speaking at ‘Teens Career Conference’ organized by The Everlasting Arms Parish TEAP of the Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG, Garki, Abuja, Nigeria’s Vice President’s wife Dolapo Osinbajo recounted how she spent about 10 years with street urchins under several notorious Lagos bridges in a bid to reshape their lives.
Vanguard reported that She said;
“When I became a worker in the church, the first place I worked was the Teenage Church and for 10 years I was in the Children’s Church. .

For 10 years, I was under the bridge; under the bridge in Lagos with ‘Area Boys’. So, every kind of drug that there is, I know about it. I have seen it before and I have seen the effects as well and I will like you to know that the ones that use it are not different from you. .
Some of them too have parents in the church. Some of them have parents with very big names. There are some streets in Lagos that the names of the streets are names of people, some of which have their children under the bridge.
There were people whose parents lived in America and yet their children were under the bridge. So, do not even imagine that it cannot happen to you, but you must be an example in your conduct”.

Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi To President Buhari

A Soldier salary is 49,000 forty nine thousand naira, some no accommodation they rent house outside the barrack no risk allowance instead they sleep inside bush fought to defend the Nation.
A P C where is the change?
Change should start with the National assembly: = A Senator receives N36,000,000 (thirty-six million Naira) monthly. If this is divided into two = N18,000,000 million (Eighteen million Naira). The second half which is N18,000,000 (eighteen million Naira) can be used to employ 200 Nigerians, each earning a salary of N90,000 (ninety thousand Naira) monthly. When you multiply 200 people with the number of Senators (109), this will give 21,800 Nigerians gainful employment. In short, 200 Nigerians will be able to live a comfortable life on half a Senator’s monthly salary.
A member of the House of Representatives receives a salary of N25,000,000 (tenty-five million Naira) monthly. If this salary is divided in two = N12,500,000 (twelve million and five hundred thousand Naira). The other half, which is the sum of N12,500,000 (twelve million and five hundred thousand Naira) will be enough to employ 135 Nigerians with a monthly salary of N92.500 (ninety-two thousand and five hundred Naira) each. Nigeria has 360 Members of the House of Representatives, half of their salaries can employ 48,600 Nigerians who can live comfortable lives.
So, Baba Buhari’s Administration can employ 70,400 Nigerians with monthly salaries ranging from N90,000 to N92.500 accordingly. This is just by dividing the salaries of Senators and Members of the House of Representatives. Half their present salaries is more than enough for them in a country where majority of Nigerians live on less than a dollar a day. (Now think of all the other over bloated salaries and allowances of Ministers and others)
You may try this idea Your Excellency, the President...
Nigerians, spread this message to Senators and Members of the House of Representatives and others prick their conscience if they have any and to let them know how many Nigerians are not working because of their greed.
Transformation should start from the Congress!
GOD HELP NIGERIA.

BEAUTY INDEED IS VANITY

A MUM of two told last night how her quest for a bigger bottom left her a quadruple amputee – and 24 hours from death. Apryl Michelle Brown had black-market silicone injections which turned out to be BATHROOM SEALANT.
It left her in agony and led to her losing her hands and feet, as well as her buttocks.
The 46-year-old former hairdresser blames “vanity” and wants to warn others of the terrible dangers of such illegal treatments.
Apryl said: “I’ve paid a terrible price for vanity and I’ll pay for the rest of my life. But I blame no one but myself.
“I want to share my story to warn others about these so-called ‘quick fix’ surgeries.
“I didn’t realise the dangers. I thought it was a harmless injection that would give me the perfect bottom. But the reality was the silicone used wasn’t suitable for humans. It was, in fact, bathroom sealant only suitable for DIY. “My body had a massive allergic reaction to it which left me at the brink of death.
“I was in so much agony that, by that point, dying would have been a release. The only way doctors could save my life was to amputate my buttocks, my hands and feet.”
Teased as a child about her “pancake” bum, Apryl vowed to buy a shapelier one when she was older.
She said: “I didn’t know if I wanted mine to look like Janet Jackson’s or J-Lo’s.
“I didn’t even know how you could do it. I just wanted a new, bigger bottom.”
The moment that changed her life came in 2004, when two women walked into her successful beauty salon to get their hair done.
One of them ran “pumping parties” — where unqualified practitioners inject illegal silicone into “patients” at their home.
Apryl, from Los Angeles, said: “One of the women told me how she had given bottom injections to the friend who was with her.
“I remember thinking it was a miracle she’d walked into my life. Her friend showed me the work she’d had done and it looked great. “In a split second I made the decision that I was going to go to this woman and let her inject silicone into my behind.”
That decision nearly killed her. Apryl paid the woman, who had no medical background, around £650 for two lots of injections. Doctors later discovered the substance used was industrial-grade silicone.
Apryl admitted: “I didn’t do any research. A combination of naivety, misplaced trust and insecurity led me to take this disastrous decision.
“I trusted her because she seemed so professional, and I had no reason to think anything awful was going to happen.
“She carried out the procedure in her daughter’s bedroom. She assessed my bottom and said, ‘You’ll need three or four sessions to get the result you want’.
“The first procedure took an hour. I remember asking, ‘Is it meant to be so painful?’ and she said, ‘Yes’. It felt like it was squeezing through my nerves.”
Within weeks Apryl returned for her second treatment.
She said: “After going through it again I had an epiphany. As I left her house I thought, ‘What am I doing? I have no idea what she’s putting in my body’.
“I never returned. But though I didn’t know it then, my life had already changed forever.”
Over the next two years the area where she’d been injected became hard and the skin blackened.
Apryl, mum to daughters Danye, 22 and Courtney, 21, said: “Within a few months of the second injection my buttocks began to harden. I knew something wasn’t right. But shame stopped me seeking medical help. As time went on it got worse as the skin blackened. I developed hard lumps. Then the searing pain started. I had to tell my doctor what I did. I was so ashamed.”
Apryl spent the next four years in constant pain. Two surgeons told her it was too dangerous to remove the silicone.
She said: “I was in so much agony I became a regular at hospital asking for medication to ease what was like a combination of a migraine, childbirth and toothache localised in one area.

“I suffered day and night, so I was willing to do anything — including remove my buttocks.”
In February 2011 a surgeon operated unsuccessfully. Apryl developed a hole in her buttocks — thought to be the trigger for an infection that in June was nearly fatal. She said: “I was 24 hours from dying. I didn’t think of leaving my family. It was a relief I’d finally be free of pain.”
Doctors put her in an induced coma for two months while performing 27 surgeries — starting with amputating her buttocks — and doing extensive skin grafts.
She said: “They saved me but gangrene set into my hands and feet. I was brought out of sedation shortly before I became a quadruple amputee.
“My hands looked like those of a dead person. I knew then I was going to lose them.”
She added: “At first you try to register your new limbs. The real comprehension comes when you start to live this new life.
“I had dark times. I cried a sea of tears. I had to face the fact I’d lost my hands, feet and buttocks because of complications from bottom injections. I was overwhelmed by shame and guilt... all because I wanted a bigger bottom.

Floyd Mayweather wins mega-money fight against Conor McGregor

Boxing Champion, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is now 50-0 as a professional, after scoring a 10th-round TKO victory when McGregor was unable to answer several huge shots to the head.
Though the first round was slow for Mayweather, as expected. McGregor landed a very, very nice counter left uppercut in that opening round that did some damage to Mayweather. McGregor showed some surprisingly strong counters in the second and third rounds as well, and was also warned for hammer fists to the back of the head by the referee.
In the fourth, Mayweather started to bring things back. He started landing big time with right straights and McGregor started to slow down. Mayweather took over with some huge shots and combos in the sixth and seventh rounds, landing far more powerful strikes.
McGregor showed more life in the eighth round, landing some serious shots. It could have been his round, even, though Mayweather did land with the right straight plenty, and did some damage. In the ninth round, McGregor hurt Mayweather with an early body shot, but after recovering, Mayweather put together his most dominant round of the fight, peppering the tiring McGregor over and over with big shots.
In the 10th, Mayweather swarmed McGregor and the fight was stopped. Mayweather landed several unanswered shots and McGregor was stumbling around the ring, so it was a good stoppage.

WE HAVE EXPOSE THE BIGGEST AND MOST NOTORIOUS 419-OPERATOR IN NIGERIA

The list of victims is long, mostly women. He would befriend you. He will paint the picture of a nice man with some problem that evokes pity. It is either that he just lost his wife to breast cancer or that his mother just had a stroke or that he is a single parent and his only daughter abandoned by his ex-wife has just been diagnosed to have a hole in her heart and no doctor could save her. He is always just entering into some heartbreaking problem before he met you. Always, women, and quite a number of men, would send in money to help him and without any expectations for him to repay back.
But once Ndubuisi, which is only one of the many aliases he has used to dupe people, sucks his victim into his pool of sympathy where the victim begins to give him money, he will have no mercy on the victim. He could spin multiple, and even conflicting theories to cause the victim to keep giving. And ironically enough, most victims borrowed money or even stole from their souses just to give money to this man.
Even when you are critical minded enough to test him for truth, he will still defeat all efforts to ascertain the truth. He does not work alone. He always has somebody who would sound like a 75-year old lady, who would pose as his mother and say such things that 75-year old ladies are known to say about their 45-year old widowed sons. He also has a picture of a 12 to 13-year old girl to pose as his daughter. No doubt, depending on the victim and the particular story he chooses, he can manufacture pictures of people in various age brackets who would speak to a victim on phone to give credence to his story.
Before you conclude that Ndubuisi is only deceiving people and does not cause more trouble than that, you must also know about his other tactics. He would also meet an innocent and unsuspecting lady on Facebook and befriend her. He would use pity stories to lure her to trust him. He would offer love and some women would fall for it. The next thing is the exchange of nude pictures and phone sex and such things. When the time is ripe, Ndubuisi will beg for money from his friend. The lady will get to a point where she has no more to give. Then Ndubuise changes from the gentles being to an aggressive blackmailer. He would threaten to send those pictures and the victim's recorded voice in the heat of telephonic orgasm to the victim's husband. The shock of realizing that you have trusted a monster never leaves these women and they will steal to send money to him until they come to a point of suicide. Then he disappears.
Last year alone, DPA had three cases involving this man and our investigation didn't get to a decisive point because the victims were compromised and they did not want us to punish the man. All they wanted was for us to stop him from blackmailing them and we succeeded.
We have not had any case on him this year. But as God would have it, he would end up again in our radar. That happened this afternoon. A lady, based in Italy with her husband and children contacted DPA to report that a friend of hers was kidnapped this afternoon. She showed the picture of the kidnap victim. She did it hoping that DPA would help rescue him from the hands of kidnappers.
DPA swung into action and immediately posted the picture of the man. As an emergency, we had to act first and ask questions later. And questions we did ask. We took the same picture and profile and ran them through DPA data-base for troubled people. Lo and behold, the supposed kidnap victim was the same old crook we had investigated on multiple occasions.
Once we placed his picture on DPA wall, we began to get feedback from some victims who recognized him and were willing to speak. We have our man. But what can we do? What Ndibuisi wants to do was simply to roll out a storyline that would lead to him asking his new victim to help pay the ransom demanded by the kidnapers. He did not expect that his picture was going to end up on DPA wall where the world could see him. That was exactly what happened. So, we now have him in the net.
Our first achievement is that we have saved this Italian-based lady a lot of money she would have ended up spending. She now has to lick her woulds after she discovered that the 330k she and her husband sent to him last two weeks was to help him treat an illness that never existed.
We are leaving some pictures - picture of the man, pictures of an elderly lady and a young girl presented as his mother and daughter respectively. We also present screenshots of some of the comments made by his victims.
We believe that many more victims of this man will read this story and would come to share their experiences with him. So, consider this report as relating to an ongoing investigation.
NOTE:
It is totally possible that the fraudster used pictures of innocent people for his scheme. Thus, the pictures you see here may belong to people who have never met these fraudsters.
